NNadam Apps

Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply to the apps published by Roee Nadam ("Nadam Apps", "I", "me") and to this website. By downloading or using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Using the apps

The apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Apps from the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's terms. Scorpion Israel has its own rules for members, published on scorpionisrael.com.

Children

Apps made for children are meant to be used with a parent's or guardian's supervision. Parents are responsible for how and how long their children use any device.

Content and ownership

The apps, their artwork, sounds, code and names belong to Roee Nadam or are used under licence. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them. Product and brand names mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or subject matter; no endorsement by them is implied.

Ads

Some apps and this website show ads from third parties. I don't control or endorse the advertised products, and buying anything from an advertiser is between you and them.

No warranty

The apps and the website are provided "as is". I work to keep them accurate and working, but can't promise they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Information in the apps (for example service intervals or reminders) is a helpful aid, not professional advice; always check your vehicle's official documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for loss of data, arising from using or being unable to use the apps or the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes

I may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the apps after that means you accept the update.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
